Weak oil, natural gas prices still hurt OCTG
Oil country tubular goods prices continue to trend down in the US as the North American rig count sags, market sources tell Kallanish.
Several buy- and sell-side sources maintain that weak oil and natural gas prices are creating a double-whammy effect on the market.
