Warrior Coal nets $178m profit in Q1
US metallurgical coal producer and exporter Warrior Met Coal generated a profit of $178.7 million during the first quarter, up significantly from its Q1 2017 earnings, Kallanish reports.
Warrior saw revenues increase to $412.88m in Q1. In Q1 2017, the company earned $108.3m on sales of $241.06m, with cost-of-sales ringing in almost $80,000 lower than Q1 2018.
