Wanteng Steel commissions H-beam project
Inner Mongolia's Jianlong Baogang Wanteng Special Steel has successfully hot tested its H-beam steel project and finished commissioning last week.
Wanteng Steel started the project in July 2020, with investment of CNY 1.5 billion ($235 million). It involved the construction of two H-beam production lines located in Haibowan Industrial Park, one with a capacity of 1.2 million tonnes/year and the other 800,000 t/y, Kallanish notes.
