Wanteng Steel adds billet caster
Inner Mongolia's Baogang Wanteng Special Steel has successfully hot tested a new seven-strand billet caster with a casting speed of 0.5 metre/minute. The caster is able to produce Q235B grade billets for the company's new sections mills, Kallanish notes.
