Walters Group buys interest in US fabricator
Ontario-based steel construction company Walters Group has bought a minority share of US steel fabricator Dave Steel Company, Kallanish reports.
Dave Steel operates two plants in North Carolina and South Carolina. Both companies will continue to operate as separate entities, though Walters will now have a spot on Dave Steel’s board of directors.
Financial terms were not disclosed.
