VSA says PPGI duties cannot wait
The Vietnam Steel Association (VSA) says authorities have delayed their investigation into imports of pre-painted galvanised sheet (PPGI) long enough. The market share of domestic producers has fallen 11 points over 12 months to 53%, it adds.
