Voestalpine posts 2019/2020 losses
Voestalpine reports a loss for its business year 2019/2020 and forecasts the current quarter will also be hit by the Covid-19 pandemic.
Due to the economic situation, the revenue of the group fell by -6.2% on-year to €12.7 billion ($14.4 billion). It suffered a net loss of €216 million vs 2018/2019 profit of €459m.
For voestalpine the business year was marked by worldwide trade conflicts.
