Vija steel furnace explodes, injures four

An explosion occurred at Vietnam-Japan Steel (Vija) at 2pm on Sunday, local media reports. Four workers were injured but no cause has yet been given for the explosion, Kallanish notes. The explosion reportedly took place at a "steel billet kiln" at its plant in Hai Phong in the north of the country, according to Vietnam News.
