Vietnam's steel sales boost in January-February
Vietnam's finished steel production and sales both increased in January to February this year, supported by strong domestic and increasing overseas demand.
Kallanish learns from Vietnam Steel Association data that steel production in the first two months reached 5.12 million tonnes, up by 1.6% on-year. Total steel sales during the period jumped by 18.5% to 5.01mt, including 1.13mt of steel exports.
