Vietnam's steel output falls in H1, sales flat
Vietnam's steel production fell significantly in June, which also led to a year-on-year decline in steel output in the first half of the year, Kallanish notes.
Although Vietnam's H1 GDP grew by 6.42% y-o-y, the decline in local steel demand reflects concerns about a global recession, according to the Vietnam Steel Association.
