Vietnam's September steel output drops, consumption rebounds
Vietnam's steel production fell in September, but sales saw a rebound in the same period as the construction steel market picked up.
In September this year, Vietnam's crude steel production fell by 6.2% month-on-month to 1.65 million tonnes, but increased by 3.3% compared with the same period last year.
