Vietnam's Formosa retreats from intended HRC price hike
The Vietnamese hot rolled coil market remains weak, Kallanish understands. Local mill Formosa Ha Tinh (FHS) had announced a hike in its domestic HRC prices earlier last week but later conceded to a lower-than-desired increase.
