Vietnam's Formosa Ha Tinh raises HRC prices sharply
Domestic Vietnamese mill Formosa Ha Tinh has raised its new HRC list prices by $35/t for March shipments. The price hike was welcomed by traders and overseas suppliers, Kallanish notes.
On Friday, the mill announced it will raise its base SAE1006 HRC price to $520/t cif Vietnam, up from last month's $485t cif. The mill’s price for SS400 and for pipe-making grades was at $510/t. Hot rolled band without skin pass is priced at $515/t.
