Vietnamese HRC import market rebounds
The Vietnamese import market for hot rolled coil has rebounded in tandem with the recovering Chinese steel market, Kallanish notes. Vietnamese buyers were slow to accept the high prices at the start of last week but seemed resigned to paying more once supply of low-priced material dried up.
