Vietnamese HRC buying returns, demand remains weak
The hot rolled coil import market in Vietnam has seen some buying activity for stock replenishment, Kallanish notes. Deals were concluded at lower levels after certain Chinese suppliers cut their export prices. The Vietnamese domestic market remains sluggish and market participants are not optimistic of any strong rebound.
