Vietnamese buyers await lower Chinese export offers
Chinese hot rolled coil export offers have yet to move lower despite the downturn in the domestic market at the end of last week. Vietnamese customers are willing to hold out until offers fall however and transactions have slowed to a bare minimum in the last couple of weeks, Kallanish notes.
