Vietnamese authorities hasten clearance of containerised scrap
The clearance of containerised scrap at Vietnamese ports has been expedited in recent days, Kallanish notes. This includes steel scrap in containers which were detained at ports located mainly in Ho Chi Minh and Hai Phong, trading sources say.
