Vietnam steel imports, exports increase in January
Vietnam's steel imports and exports both increased in January. Exports, especially, rebounded sharply as steelmakers escaped the impact of Covid-19.
Vietnam exported 967,913 tonnes of steel in January, up by 2.7% compared to December and 98.8% higher year-on-year, show Vietnam Customs data monitored by Kallanish.
