Vietnam seeks exclusion from Philippines safeguard investigation
The Trade Remedies Authority of Vietnam has asked the Philippines Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) to exclude Vietnam from its safeguard investigation into some steel products.
Vietnam says its exports of these products to the Philippines are limited and do not pose a threat to the local Philippine market, Kallanish notes.
