Vietnam revises stainless CRC duties
Vietnam’s Ministry of Industry and Trade (MoIT) says it will begin charging new import duty rates on stainless CRC from China, Indonesia, Malaysia and Taiwan from 14 May. For most suppliers, the duties will rise, with the exception of Malaysia, Kallanish notes.
Duties had been in place at 3.07-37% over October 2014 to May 2016. The new duties at 9.55-37.29% will be in place from May 2016 to October 2019.
