Vietnam raids billet importers
Vietnam has created a special inspection team to investigate billet importers over 19-23 November, according to the official Vietnam News Agency. The country is concerned about increasing volumes of chrome-added, minimally rolled billet which is avoiding both Chinese export and Vietnamese import duties, Kallanish notes.
