Vietnam-Italy Steel to expand capacity
Japan-based Kyoei Steel's Vietnamese subsidiary, Vietnam-Italy Steel (VIS), has started the construction of its steelmaking and rolling mill located in Hai Phong.
This will help the steel plant establish an integrated steelmaking and rolling production system with an annual output of between 500,000 tonnes and 800,000 tonnes, Kallanish learns from Kyoei Steel.
