Vietnam initiates second sunset review on billet, longs
Vietnam's Ministry of Industry and Trade (MoIT) has initiated the second sunset review on safeguard duties on imported billets and some long products, which will be valid until 22 March 2023 unless the duties are renewed, Kallanish notes.
