Vietnam's Hoa Phat begins pellet project construction
Hoa Phat Dung Quat Steel has announced that it has completed the design stage of its pelletising project in Vietnam and has begun construction, Kallanish notes. China MCC's Northern Engineering & Technology Corporation is building the facility.
The designed capacity of this project is about 1.8 million tonnes/year of iron ore pellets and the facility is expected to put into production by the end of June 2019.
