Vetorial resumes Ribas pig iron production

Brazilian group Vetorial Siderurgia has resumed pig iron production at its Ribas do Rio Pardo unit, Kallanish notes. The company put one of its blast furnaces into operation on 28 August after it had been halted since 2014 due to the earlier contraction of the domestic and international markets.
