Vesuvius acquires Universal Refractories
Vesuvius plc of the United Kingdom has acquired the operating assets of the privately-held US company Universal Refractories, Kallanish reports.
The transaction was valued at $57.1 million and includes two refractory manufacturing and warehousing facilities in Pennsylvania.
