Venture Minerals completes Riley iron ore mine sale
Australian miner Venture Minerals has completed the sale of Venture Iron, the holder of the Riley iron ore mine in Tasmania, to Goldvalley Brown Stone for AUD 3 million ($2.02m), Kallanish notes.
Venture Minerals says in a statement that it has received the funds for the sale of Riley, enabling the company to actively advance the strategic objectives set by the recently refreshed board.
