Vedanta increases steel output, iron ore sales slump
Electrosteel Steels Limited (ESL) produced 1.2 million tonnes of steel and pig iron in the fiscal year through March 2019 (FY19), up 17% on-year, parent company Vedanta says in a report seen by Kallanish. The Indian miner acquired ESL in June 2018.
