VDM Metals announces reorganisation
VDM Metals, the nickel-based alloys maker that was shuttled back and forth between thyssenkrupp and Outokumpu in the process of the transfer of TK’s stainless business, has announced a restructuring. The company was eventually sold to US equity investor Lindsay Goldberg, represented in Europe by Düsseldorf-based Lindsay Goldberg Vogel (see Kallanish 5 August 2015).
