VAMA commissions autosheet processing JV
Spain’s Gonvarri and Valin ArcelorMittal Automotive (VAMA) have established a new auto-sheet processing joint venture called Gonvvame in Changshou in eastern China’s Jiangsu, according to a company announcement. Gonvarri and VAMA each hold 50% of Gonvvame’s shares, Kallanish notes.
Public information shows there will be four auto-sheet processing and distribution centres invested into by Gonvvame that are estimated to commission this year.…
