Valmont buys New Zealand coating firm
US-listed galvanized and coated steel firm Valmont Industries says it has a definitive agreement to buy New Zealand’s CSP Coating Systems. The move will give it a strong position in the New Zealand market, where it already runs a galvanizing line, Kallanish notes.
