Vallourec says Mid-East drilling 'resilient' amid cheaper oil
Middle Eastern oil and gas drilling is more resilient to lower oil prices than in other regions, with Saudi Arabia expected to increase purchasing activity in 2020 after limiting sourcing last year, says Vallourec.
