Vallourec rejects Altifort offer for Saint-Saulve
Vallourec has told judicial administrators in charge of the sale of the Ascoval steel mill in northern France that it is not possible to accept the offer by French group Altifort. This is because it would go against Vallourec's interests. Kallanish learns from the French tubemaker.
