Valin Steel production surges
Hunan Valin Steel Group (Valin Steel)’s output increased year-on-year in both June and the first half of 2020, but decreased month-on-month, Kallanish notes.
In June, Valin Steel produced 1.73 million tonnes of iron, 2.21mt of steel and 2.06mt of finished steel, and sold 2.09mt of finished steel, up 22.7%, 27%, 27.95% and 26.67% y-o-y respectively.
