Valin Pipe completes blast furnace overhaul
Valin Pipe, previously called Valin Henggang and located in Hunan province, has completed the overhaul of its 1,080 cubic-metre blast furnace, Kallanish notes.
During the 21-day maintenance, Valin Pipe lost about 60,000 tonnes of iron output. This blast furnace is designed to produce 1.04 million tonnes/year of iron.
