Vale's Middle East shipments, revenue grow in H1
Vale, the Brazilian mining company, saw its iron ore and pellet shipments to the Middle East at 1.38 million tonnes in the second quarter, up 45.4% compared to the previous year. However, there was a slight decrease of 1.5% compared to the previous quarter. In the first half of the year, shipments to the Middle East reached a total of 2.27mt, up 27.4% from 2.19mt in the same period last year.
