Vale’s July iron ore exports rise on-month
Brazil’s Vale saw its iron ore and pellet exports up month-on-month in July. The growth was supported by the resumption of more production units after the halts following the Brumadinho dam rupture in January.
Exports, however, were still well down on those in the same period of 2018, according to Sindicato Nacional da Indústria da Extração de Ferro e Metais Básicos (Sinferbase) data monitored by Kallanish.
