Vale receives approval for New Steel acquisition
Brazilian miner Vale has received approval, without restriction, from the Brazilian authorities to conclude the acquisition of New Steel Global, an iron ore and tailings processor company. So says the country’s trade defence agency Conselho Administrativo de Defesa Econômica (Cade) in a note monitored by Kallanish.
