Vale Indonesia seeks licence for nickel smelter
The Indonesia-based nickel smelter that PT Vale Indonesia Tbk (INCO) is jointly developing with Chinese investors is conducting final feasibility studies and applying for licence approval, says INCO general manager Dani Widjaja.
