Vale executives could be indicted on Brumadinho accident
The Brazilian Senate inquiry committee (CPI) has recommended indictment for14 people for possible crime and fraud, following the rupture of Dam 1 at Córrego do Feijão mine on 25 January. Those being indicted include former officials and executives from Vale. The accident left more than 240 people dead and 24 missing, Kallanish notes.
