Court allows Vale to enforce Guinea arbitration award
Vale can enforce its $2 billion arbitration award obtained against its former business partner in Guinea, BSG Resources (BSGR), the Brazilian miner tells Kallanish. The English High Court ruled on 20 September that Vale can proceed with the enforcement in England, the miner says in a note.
