Uzbekistan commissions cold mill complex in Tashkent
Uzbekistan has commissioned Toshkent Metallurgiya Zavodi (TMZ) in the capital, Tashkent, the national government says.
The enterprise specialises in the production of cold rolled and coated sheet, with a design capacity of 500,000 tonnes/year, Kallanish notes. TMZ will produce 200,000 t/y of hot-dip galvanized steel and 300,000 t/y of polymer-coated steel.
