USW praises Canadian rebar investigation
The Canadian wing of the United Steelworkers (USW) labour union is lauding the on-going Canada Border Services Agency dumping investigation of rebar from six countries-of-origin.
The investigation covers rebar imports from Belarus, Chinese Taipei, Hong Kong, Japan, Portugal and Spain. The Canadian International Trade Tribunal expects to have an injury determination by 19 October, as Kallanish has previously reported.
