US VP Pence sidesteps 232 tariffs before OAS
US Vice President Mike Pence had the opportunity to speak this week before the Organization of American States (OAS). He expressed sympathy for the victims of the Guatemalan volcanic eruption and concern about political developments in Cuba, Nicaragua and Venezuela.
