US upholds anti-dumping duty rate for Goodluck India
The US Court of International Trade has upheld a 2018 determination by the US Department of Commerce which recalculated Goodluck India's anti-dumping duty rate for cold-drawn mechanical tubing to 0%, Kallanish reports.
In the anti-dumping case, submission of revised data by Goodluck India challenged Commerce's final determinations, but this data was initially rejected due to it being submitted outside of the allotted time period.
