US, UK leaders meet for steel trade talks
Government officials from the US and UK met this week in Washington, DC, to discuss trade issues stemming from the 232 steel and aluminium tariffs.
US Commerce Secretary Gina Raimondo and UK Secretary of State for International Trade Anne-Marie Trevelyan said after the meeting that the two nations will “engage expeditiously” in talks in the new year.
