US truck tonnage slips in December
The American Trucking Association’s for-hire tonnage index dropped in December, its first such drop since September, Kallanish reports.
The association’s index fell by -5.7% from November to December. It had been steadily gaining since September.
However, the index remains up 5.9% from December 2016.
