US Steel supports Vietnam circumvention ruling
US Steel is praising a US Department of Commerce ruling against Vietnamese cold-rolled and galvanized sheet made from Chinese substrate, Kallanish reports.
The original case was filed in September 2016 by US producers, who made the case that Vietnamese products using Chinese substrate ought to be subject to anti-dumping and countervailing duties covering equivalent Chinese material.
