US steel production declines slightly

Raw steel production in the US fell further during the week ending 25 December, according to the latest weekly report from the American Iron and Steel Institute analysed  by Kallanish. Steel output totalled 1.802 million short tons during the Christmas week, according to AISI’s estimates.
