US Steel appoints former Ford exec to board
US Steel has named a former Ford executive to its board of directors, Kallanish understands from a company statement.
Paul Mascarenas will take his seat on the US Steel board effective 1 March. He is currently the president and chairman of automotive engineering trade group Fédération Internationale des Sociétés d'Ingénieurs des Techniques de l'Automobile (FISITA).
